Cedar Commons doubles as a client intake and project workspace: invite clients and collaborators to supply what an analysis needs, keep the project data together and manage the work in one place, and reassign the ten seats as engagements change.

Tree is the consultancy past ten. Seats are unlimited across the firm, and it adds Cedar calibration and Cedar Grove — the same license an institution takes.

Cedar Grove is the living evidence base for your organization’s economy: maintained public data, Lumecon collections and the records you govern, with every finding connected to its source, geography, method, vintage and limits. It is useful without Cedar Impact, so you can license it on its own for $2,500 a year per organization with unlimited teammates, and it comes with Tree.

Yes, and it is Tree — the same organization-wide license every other Tree customer takes, not a separate license type. A university, a bank, a CDFI or a public agency is past ten people before it begins, so counting seats is theoretical — Tree makes them unlimited across the organization and adds Cedar Grove and Cedar calibration.

One group inside an organization is a different purchase from the organization itself. A single faculty member or analyst is a Sprout; a department, research group or lending team that needs shared projects is a Sapling. Tree is for when the license belongs to the organization rather than to the people currently using it.

Yes. Sprout is priced so an individual analyst, faculty member or researcher can subscribe without an institutional procurement process. When a department or research group needs shared projects, Sapling adds Cedar Commons.

When we improve a feature included in your plan, that improvement remains part of the plan. New capabilities may be associated with particular plans.
